I am writing this letter to inform you of my experience with Shawn Elfberg. Mr. Elfberg supervised the construction of two homes for my family estate. Both homes were in the prestigious Anthem Country Club. Each residence was approximately 8,500 square feet and the projects ran concurrently for most of the process. While most of my neighbors were entrenched in law suites regarding their home construction, my relationship and trust with Mr. Elfberg continued to increase as the projects developed. The first home that was concluded was for my parents. They have lived in this home for approximately seven years and will not ever consider relocating. The craftsmanship and attention to detail under Mr. Elfberg’s watch is without comparison. He continually demanded flawless work from every trade under his direction. The second home that Mr. Elfberg had constructed is now a benchmark property for Anthem Country Club. It stands sentinel looking over the entry gate.
